Out of 8 batteries, 6 are below 3000mAh capacity, one has failed within a day and the other is only just over 3000mA. Batteries are also too wide for some 18650 flashlights. Capacity is way down on advertised 3400mAh. Internal resistance is high, even for protected cells (100-120 mOhm) Batteries too wide (multiple wraps?). Likely re-wrapped recycled cells. I would not recommend this battery.
