I ordered the goods on October 11. I did not receive the item, but it was delivered. When I checked with the post office, the delivery was wrong to another place due to an error in the tracking number of the company. The company asked me to cancel the dispute, so I canceled it, but nothing has been resolved. Now it is in dispute again.
