Just received package this morning. Super happy and excited for it, been waiting a month or so for it. At a first glance it looks awesome and just as advertised. But unfortunately it broke not even a minute after opening it. The plastic latch to release the side panels broke immediately after pulling it. I only pulled enough to release latch, but in turn broke the release. Disappointed with the durability and material. Will be consulting store shortly.

Package never showed up! I'm out $183.33 oh wait $238.98 was pulled from my account.... WTF. Unacceptable, absolutely ridiculous. I understand things can get lost in shipping but to say I cannot get a refund or something else to resolve it is Unacceptable.
