Ordered a DDR3 motherboard fof 6/7 gen processors. Seller sent me a DDR4 motherboard for 8th gen processors. Seller didn't contact me before shipping regarding the delivery of incorrect item. delivery time was around a month. When I messaged the seller, they offered me a partial refund, so I ended up having to ship it back at my own expense to get a full refund, but still lost money on the return shipping fees (And they haven't confirmed my return yet, so still not refunded)

Seller escalated the dispute despite me sending back the incorrect item they sent me, paying for the shipping back cost (10$) and providing a tracking number for the delivery. Beware this scammer.
