Very difficult to set, any finger will open this lock.. So in that case it is useless as a security lock

In a compulsion i have clicked on recieved button..I haven't received the product yet its been more than 2 months and it showed the order is completed...Kindly open the dispute and i want total refund of it please.
i didn't have had this product with me as its been more than two months and i haven't recieved the product yet..i had ordered another one which i had recieved but from this seller i haven't recieved it yet.It might be seller's fault but i want my full refund please
