I'm not satisfied with the quality of these goods... 3D printing is low quality, with uneven thickness (the bottom of the lamp is thicker, and there's a distinct line in the middle from which it is thinner - and also brighter), disturbingly visible lines, and on the top, even holes where there isn't any material. Too bad, because the electronic functions work perfectly, and would look good if the lamp was printed better. Also packaging could be better - box arrived squashed, it's a lucky thing the lamp inside was intact.
Totally dissatisfied and angry with the seller and with ALi Express service.. The product arrived broken, the box damaged and the lamp didn´t work. and that same day I started a dispute to get the product or the money back, and neither Ali Express nor the seller who did not answer my questions and requests has ignored me. Horrible after-sales service. Be very careful because the solution they give me is to send it back with the costs at my expense (a product that cost me 18 euros, will I send it on my own to China when it has arrived broken and more over ). Moreover, they also gave me only a week to send it, which meant that I had to send it urgently and therefore the shipping was even more expensive. Are crazy?. In the end, the best thing is to buy in local stores and leave these pages that scam us everywhere and when they take the money they don´t attend if there is a problem... Very careful
