the product does not work! both VGA and HDMI ports fail to connect an external screen to my laptop. I tryed to open a dispute but the option to load evidence did not allow me to load a JPG file that shows the screen problem with the VGA and the HDMI port does not work at all! Only here I was able to load the evidence file, but i say again that the HDMI port fails to work completely
