Seller shipped something to someone, and the parcel was returned to him from the Chinese customs. Also, the time of order protection was only 14 days. I asked to ship my order again, and the seller said he will, if I pay additional $10. What??? What kind of business is that? Of course, I refused to pay extra. I had to open the dispute. More than a month of waiting, $10 coupon is spent for nothing, and I received my money back today. I have about 1500 orders on AliExpress only, and I rarely have such unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.
Microscopes meet the description, but the package was horrible. Actually, there was no package, just thin packet without even bubble wrap. Microscopes still work, but how am I supposed to sell it to my customers in such condition? It was $120 parcel. Was it too hard to protect it just a little bit?
