Made badly: 1. Construction is unreliable. It is hard to open and even harder to close. Connectors are loose inside holes, it is hard to put USB in, LEDs are not visible, etc. Will not last long. 2. Primitive scheme. It is connected right to the output of 3 batteries, so, it is about 11V, not 12. It hardly contains BMS, so, it does not have protection - really dangerous! 3. 5V for USB is supplied by LDO and not by DC-DC converter. It means that device looses x2.4 power than it supplies to the phone and also heats a lot! Better don't use it as 5V power bank. Bottom line: if you, like me, need 12V power bank then do it yourself with several 18650, BMS board and DC-DC.
