As an adapter for secondary (data) drive it works fine. For a booting drive, more often it does not work than it does (no success on laptop; on my desktop it worked if only USB3 cable alone is connected). Tested with 2.5" ssd. Shipped in 1-2 days, delivered in 25 days since order.
