its easy to use all you need to do is push down on your cigarette first then push the bead across and then push down again otherwise the bead may burst while trying to put the bead in

Good quality, easy to use. There is an adapter for slim cigarettes, but it won't be possible to push the bead in without breaking the cigarette. Only for normal cigarettes.
