The plug came with defect. Cant use the Europe plug as it arrived with a missing piece.
very bad. the european plug lost one of the parts so now it's almost useless. I do not recommend at all. waste of money.

They are not ready to use. Some metal part constantly comes between the plugs so it was not at all plugging. We have to adjust it and took lot of efforts and time to make it ready to use.
