I placed the order on 2020-07-27, they arrived on 2020-08-24. Mailperson couldn't deliver it for some reason, so I picked it up today at the post office. I bought the handlebar for a bicycle. I recommend whoever plans to order this to get the silver version, in hopes that it isn't flawed in the same way as the black one I ordered. The paint is low quality, chips with relative ease. I had to file down the burred edges to get the cockpit components to fit. It's noticeably heavier than a bicycle handlebar if that's relevant to some.
