The heater was badly scratched. It was not cut, so that's good.

The product arrived as shown in description and photos. The heating pads are working. They did not cover all the mirror surface (Audi A4 B8), so I placed them to the outer part of the glass, where I look most often. Also for my specific car, it would have been better if the connecting pins were on the other side of the pad. The seller shipped the product very quickly, but the overall shipping was very very slow (around 2.5 months).
