Product image showed a bottom strap going through a loop created by a tension clip. The strap and clip were missing, as were all the clips on the ends of the straps that were shown in the image (clips near centre were present). I submitted a dispute claim and they rejected it saying that I hadn’t given sufficient evidence. How is a photo of your product missing pieces not enough evidence?? The material of the straps was also very flimsy.

Not one but both clips are broken, which renders the harness unusable.
