Be careful not to cut yourself ! 110mm MAXIMUM DIAMETER I purchased 2 of these items as well as 2 of the 4.0" items I have left a review for those as well, the 4.0" were slightly under size, where as these are Way under the 115mm they are 110mm and buyers should take this into account, the finish is poor lots of burrs and sharp Edges just like the others. However easily cleaned up with a file and emery paper, but this 4.5" pair of inserts are of no practical use to me as they were purchased for a 4.5" Exhaust tip and are so loose they can not be fitted the 2.5mm gap each side may not sound like much but when you need to secure inside a tube it is a huge issue The only saving grace is that they were no overly expensive but still disappointing as they will have to go in the scrap bin
