the item came with a defect. when measuring temperatures from 20-24 degrees, the display always has a hot spot in the upper left corner, because of this, the automatic search for a hot spot below these temperature limits does not work. the product description does not say anything about this defect. My images show that no matter what I point the thermal imager at, there is always a hot spot in the same place. in the photo of other buyers from the reviews for the product, there is no such defect as I have. the seller refuses to help, which is very strange since this is the manufacturer's official store. they did not ask for any video or additional photos. I asked to transfer the images to the technical department of the plant, so that they give their opinion on the problem, but my messages were ignored, which proves that there was a problem. and eventually the seller stopped responding to messages. with such a defect, it is not possible to use it for diagnostics.
