Other than receiving an Australian plug even though I had asked for an EU or a UK one, everything was fine. Communication was good, product is good. Nice to use. It's also nice and easy to connect to the computer (press send on DMM after connecting USB and installing software) and has a datalog function. Cables, etc are inside the DMM cover, which is easy to open.
