Description was acurate. some feedback to the manufacturer: 1) lowest L range is 2mH and lowest C range is 2nF. Lower ranges should be available for smaller coils/capacitors. 2) the 9V battery always pops out of the battery cabinet. You need to close and screw it. Some other battery clip can avoid this making it a bit easier to mount the 9V block.
