Got it, as stated without 3pcs AAA batteries. There was only chinese manual, I contacted seller for English, seller provided me link for english manual in pdf next day. Shortly tested the tachometer on blade saw and grinder. Accurate results you get, when you stick a reflective tape to blade and measure from distance of 10cm. If you put it closer, it measures reflection from blade and measurements are inaccurate.
