Manual only in Chinese, but you can find it on the internet. It works well, but power goes off automatically in a few minute. Which is not nice with min or max measurement. Note that it measures 'max' only if 'max' is active and it is lost when you switch to 'min'. There is no reset, it resets every time you switch.
I noticed that it does not turn off if I keep the power button in for a longer time. Great. Auto off is indicated by a timer symbol.
