Good service, love the phone so much. However, the delivery took so long - almost 4 months. But it worth waiting for.

I loved the customer care because of the interaction and customer service but they have a huge logistics problem and I think they should work on that, I never received my package but I filed for a dispute and they obliged, though I regret how it all ended because I initiated an initial purchase in February of this year and it got missing, got a refund and re ordered but this happened again... all the same it's well...
