after package is blocked in the uk, seller refuses to contact DPD and is not Willing to find a solution. shipment was very slow and not within 10 days. i opened a dispute and the seller waited untill the last moment to decline the offer. think twice before buying here
Terrible buying experience. After payment, seller gives me a fake DHL tracking number, he tells me that I will have had another tracking number shortly. Meanwhile the time passes and the seller , after some day, writes that he has to refund me. So I buy the same item from other seller. In the meantime, without notifications, the seller ships and I had to cancel the other order made from other seller. They have no good shipping management and in the end he was accusing me I misunderstood his words. Unbelievable.
