The jacket is solid, the material is like out of this world space technology. It is not waterproof but it is solid water splash resistant, which means that you cannot sit in the rain for the whole day, but for an hour or more - you can. Breathable - so so, as expected with water proof/splash proof materials. Size 5XL - I did gain some weight during these corona lockdowns so it's a bit tight. I would say it is somewhere like a European 2XL size. The measurements shown are right. I didn't test it in heavy winds and very cold temperatures (below 10oC) Also, it is very light in weight, and very compressible. You can compress it down to the size of a baseball ball. - Great for outdoors - to put in your backpack for "if needed" situations.
