The plate is flat in one direction. In a perpendicular direction, the edges are bent downwards. The worst deviation is 0.15 mm which is within the tolerance stated in the description. I tried printing PLA. It sticks well to the plate. Be sure to level the bed precisely. If the nozzle is too high, the print won't stick. The plate has an adhesive at the bottom. I didn't need it. It can be peeled off with some effort.
