My observations: - Tested output capacity: 17.5wh at 5v 1A. Nitecore promises 16wh. Great! - 9v charge doesn't seem to end the charge. Charging current is still 0.01A after 4 hours of charging and the third bar keeps blinking. This is not really a problem, just odd. - 5v charge ends normally - Normal power mode works down to 60mA - Low power mode works down to 20mA. Anything lower and the output shuts down. Overall this is great little power bank. I just wish the low power mode worked down to 0 current.
