I ordered this item on 31 December 2020. The estimated delivery was 11-14 January 2021. It arrived in Poland 14 Jan and there was no activity for 2 weeks. There was not even an update. Eventually, I had to go to the post office to collect my item in person, as they said they tried to deliver on 2 February at 17:00, which was when I was at home all day. I was not happy with the delivery service, but my item is great and it fulfils all my expectations.
