Neck and fretboard sent in a plastic bag without any protection. This is not acceptable. Neck damaged at multiple spot and very rough cut. The fretboard is broken and the second fret is removed.

item was delivered in 60 days to Puerto Rico. I live in Oklahoma, this is an obvious issue. seller didn't ship for 3 days.
