Store shipping and handling service was excellent but, equipment does not seem to work properly. It is connected to a 40 Volt DC power supply and when 0 volt ( shorted input ) is applied to input, the output gives 1.1 Vdc output. I tried with a 200 Mv AC signal input and same result. Output is connected to an 8 ohm speaker . I also tried a 100 watts 8 ohm resistor and same problem. Green LED is on and FAN is working. What is wrong? what can we do to resolve this issue?
