Item arrived in thin plastic packaging, but did not appear damaged by shipping. The case is a little squashed, but I expect it will expand back to its normal shape after being filled for a while. The item is as described, and there are no defects in the materials or stitching. The zipper works smoothly, and the foam inside has a hard layer on top to shield it from tearing and maintain its shape. Good value for a quality carrying case.

Arrived quickly, case is nice but foam organizer inside needed some minor trimming for proper fit of radio.
