There are letters shown on the print examples (SM etc) and so I thought it would be useful for batch numbers. There is one link on the presentation page where it says to click on it to have the label gun that can do the alpha and the numeric. I followed all and the model I received, MX 6600 (10 digits space) doesn't have the option of alphabets at the start or at the end. Only an R and S and the rest are letters on top of others or symbols. Not an A to Z alphabet. I will not be able to use this machine. The publicity does not correspond.
