The machining quality seems quite good. However, there are no installation instructions included and no indication of dimensions on the product page. These would be very useful when deciding on a purchase. Careful: This hotend is slightly shorter than the original Creality MK8 hotend. On the Ender-3 v2, the fan cooling outlet is barely at the same height as the nozzle with this hotend, sometimes ripping the first layer off the bed or knocking the part down. It may require additional modifications to mount on this particular printer.
