great plate. love the texture and how the plastic stics to it and then just falls off when cooled. there are however few issues. first it says it is a Voron 350x350 plate. yes, it is 350x350 but it is not Voron. the actual Voron plate is 355x355. also someone decided to put holes in the back so there is another 5 mm lost. I am expecting much more from Trianglelabs when it comes to quality. and be cautious. it us just the springsteel. no magnet.
Product description was fine. Absolutely the worst shipping experience of my life. Ordered this literally at the same time as another person back in September. They received theirs in about 3 weeks and mine took over two months. When asked, Triangle Labs could only offer 'It's been shipped and is still in transit.' As best I can tell from their horrible tracking system it didn't even leave China until 2 weeks ago. I have another package supposedly coming from them with another large order from the same date. I had to inform THEM of the package having been returned to them from customs. Again, appears to have not even left China yet. Meanwhile, items ordered from other vendors (some as little as 2 weeks ago) have arrive using the same 'free shipping' system. How one of the larger 3D printing vendors can survive with service like this is beyond me. I'd say go anywhere else if you can or be prepared to wait and hope.
