Worst service ever. The product was defective. In order to get a refund, they made me take a video of it. Then they told me to send the product to an address in British Columbia - at my cost. Now they are telling me I have to pay for it to come back to me and ship it to China -- all at my cost. Good luck trying to get Aliexpress Customer Service ONLINE - after getting a hold of them a month ago I haven't been able to get them online for 2 weeks. Their English is so bad you have no idea what they are writing about
There is still a problem with the last bit of delivery. It is a French problem because it is only the french post who hasn't done its job properly. France is getting chaotic, really sorry.
