Works surprisingly well, although haven't tested it for the full rated power. Things to consider though: There is nothing between the amp and a heatsink. Put a thermal paste or a pad yourself. Speakers pop loudly when the power supply is turned off. The manufacturer of the chip suggests pulling the Shutdown pin to GND before disconnecting power. Too bad there is no obvous way to solder a wire to this pin, an extra header would indeed make this product near to perfect. In overall, it's a good product. Most of the design follows the datasheet. I decreased the amp gain from maximum 36dB to minimum 20dB, it's not necessary at all, given that the input has an extra op amp gain as well.
