I haven't tested the board but the initial look at the board leaves some questions about workmanship and quality control at the manufacturer. All in all, the soldering work is not bad but the heatsink is not attached straight but at some angle when viewed from top. Therefore it hangs over some SMT parts such as capacitors which bothers me. See for yourself in attached pictures.
