Doll is beautiful, even if it arrived with a tiny scar on the face and hair seemed dirty so I thing I will wash them

I love the dolls, the dolls with straight hair has a strange smell; one of the dolls with curly, coily hair is shedding. the packaging is just plastic, it should be bubble wrap, but luckily the dolls weren't broken.
