Cuts well, it does tear through pine even cutting slowly so you may want to tape the edges otherwise they will splinter out. Haven't tried cutting anything harder yet but I am fairly confident it will hold up. If any issues arise I will edit this. I got this mostly for rough stuff cutting pallets and the like apart and for that purpose it will be fine.
