Very happy. I received 499 skins, this included one of each 446 colours and 53 duplicates. I have only deducted one star as some of the duplicates, even though they had the same number the shades were different. This is only an issue if using them both at the same time. A good kit for beginners. Delivery did take a while but delays due to COVID. A very good price for a lot of floss!
So I have ordered from this store without issue before and I understand mistakes are bound to happen in hand sorting through 500 thread skeins but for an order to be wrong and the seller brush it off without making some recommence or correction is rude. I ordered that specific amount for a project and they sent the wrong threads. I asked that they at least send the two of the colors that I received one of and ordered 5 so I would have enough to finish my project but got no answer. Unacceptable.
