The torque sensor i bought is defective and the seller don't catch my probleme.

Straightforward to install, though requires ~1cm hole drilled in frame. I had some difficulty getting item set up at first, but after it works as expected. Seller provided feedback and support. Seller dispatched quickly (but shipping form China to AU was very slow - presumably due to global covid-19 delays).
