Bad product quality and bad customer service. Like for many other buyers (check the comments), the received product does not work. The hook just cannot grab the strap.. Videos demonstrating the issue have been sent. No refund or offer to send another product have been proposed. I've just lost 17 euros... and have bought a max tapener instead: the real deal!
