The item is as described. it doe pull the tongue forward. I have not tried sleeping with it yet. I will try to post an update review after I have used it for a few weeks. Seller was good. Shipping was slow about 10 weeks to western Canada. I do not put much blame on seller for shipping speed as they got the item in the mail quick.
