I received it a few days ago. Part of the delay is associated with customs and delivery service. Not direct responsibility of the company from whom you buy the product. The package was banged up but the toner was well protected in package, I am assuming nothing was broken. The package was banged up probably because the delivery people throw things around, maybe at production country or maybe at consumer country or maybe at both... not the toner company's fault. The tracking was not very accurate so when I received it 4 days ago, I was pleasantly surprised. I have not tried the toner yet because my printer still has toner. When I try it I will give additional information with the additional feedback option Aliexpress provides. I assume everything will be fine because I believe this company to be serious and professional, otherwise they would not be in business for long.
