Because of the stainless steel, it's fairly hefty and feels pretty sturdy. There were some rough edges on the one I received, but I don't think it's a big deal. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the tool, since I don't have a standardized item to measure, but it seemed fine to me when I was trying it out on various things. The display shows two decimal places when measuring mm and three places for inches, which is more than enough for my uses. I'm not sure if I can entirely trust the last digit, but again, I can't verify that and I don't need that much accuracy anyways. Overall, it's pretty solid and feels like it should be good for hobbyist work.
