Ordered two sets. Both came dented because seller did not put bubble pack on top or bottom. Got 50% refund after filing a dispute but these were Xmas gifts. Was told I could use the refund to repair them. What a joke! Would cost more in Sweden to have repaired to factory condition than products are worth. Products should be packed better (hard box or at minimum bubblepack on top and bottom and this would not of happened. See another review where the products were dented so seems like the seller has not learned from past mistakes. Maybe consider paying a little more in US or Europe to avoid receiving damaged products.
Unfortunately I have to warn everybody - not about the pot in which I have heard has great quality - but about buying it here; The pot was poorly packed and damaged so bad in the post so I cannot use it. I made a dispute but AliExpress made a poor solution and did not notify me about it before it was too late to respond; I ended up paying US40 (included tax and toll) for a pot that cannot be used. I Paid US56 and the solution was to return US16. There was no way to complain afterwards. The guarantee of AliExpress is worth absolutely nothing. I have experienced a similar case once before (I did not get the item - and still no refund at all), but wanted to try AliExpress again. Now I will definitely not use AliExpress any more. If everything works fine - no problem. But when there is trouble - don't expect AliExpress to keep their promises, or that you will have the help you ought to get or proper refund.
