The figure arrived after the 90 day period, but was not the seller's fault. The package was stuck in California for over 2 months in USPS's hands, so USPS likely lost it. The seller was prepared to refund me, but I saw that it was finally moving again, so I decided to continue waiting, and it arrived. The box looked smashed in multiple placed, but the figure was surprisingly not damaged. The figure itself looks very similar to the legit version, slightly duller paint, and some imperfections.
