The bolts don't screw in well. It's loose and doesn't fit snugly with the handle bar. Very slow delivery. Close to 90 days.
Ask for better nuts and bolts. Mine is soft and lost its Grove and now is stuck on the fork. The fixed screws inside the stem cannot be replaced and the threads were easily stripped. Now I'm stuck with this stem for the rest of the bikes life or I could damage my fork if I try to take it off.
Very poor quality product. Absolute garbage. Manufacturing quality control is very poor. One of the hex-nuts stripped immediately with only gentle tightening. DO NOT BUY. Waste of money. Also, heavier than in description even my alloy stem of the same size is lighter. Claimed weight is 150-160 grams, actual weight is 180g. More effort than is worth to open dispute.
