Body is nice rosewood but there are some areas that might require deeper sanding than I would like. The light wood in the middle of the "sandwich" varies in color because of poor matching. I can fix that with some spot staining. The neck is excellent with very nicely prepared frets. Rosewood is very heavy as expected. Item was returned at least once so it took 3 months to arrive in the USA.
