Exactly as described, fast shipping '(1day after paying ) but 1 month to my mailbox in France. The tester came in its rigid cardboard box, with the test leads, and a manual in Englih. All seems well assembled, with a professional look. Not tested yet, I will leave feedback later. Worth 5 stars!
