I did not receive the product at all, and they have not substantively replied to my messages inquiring as to the status of the order. They shipped one portion of my order and forgot the rest of my items. Logistics must've dropped the ball on this one. The order was marked as complete without them apparently sending the remaining items. I would upload pictures of the lack of pedals on my bike but that seems a bit gratuitous. I am simply frustrated as they replied 'ok' to my inquiry (prior to the dispute date), and delayed me past the dispute date, so now they took my money and have sent me 40% of what I purchased.
Small delay because of production shortage, but very serious seller, and product of very high quality, as always. There is also a high quality hex key provided in the box.
